A North Carolina hit-and-run accident took place near Rocky Mount this week when a fifty-three-year-old man driving his lawnmower on a highway was hit from behind. The at-fault driver fled the scene of the accident. The victim, Lewis Reeves, a Macclesfield resident, survived and an investigation is being made to find the at-fault driver.
