Willow Spring, NC (March 7, 2026) – A crash left a woman seriously injured and a FedEx truck driver with minor injuries on Saturday, March 7, in Willow Spring. The accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Old Stage Road and John Adams Road.

According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a FedEx truck and a passenger car collided at the intersection. Authorities reported that the woman in the passenger vehicle suffered serious injuries in the crash. Paramedics treated her at the scene before transporting her to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
