Two students suffered personal injuries in a February 11 crash in which a Cumberland County school bus carrying 23 students slid into a vehicle, according to a Cumberland County schools spokeswoman.

Shortly before 7:30 a.m., the Margaret Willis Elementary School bus hit black ice on Ramsey Street near the Department of Social Services, according to assistant superintendent of communications and public relations Theresa Perry.

No one reported injuries at the scene, but the following morning Principal Peggy Raymes informed Perry that the parents of two students said they were taking their children to a doctor for minor injuries, Perry said.
