The driver off a Jeep vehicle required transport to a Cape Fear Valley Medical Center on the afternoon of March 13 after suffering personal injuries in a three-vehicle accident on Raeford Road in Fayetteville.
According to a watch commander with the Fayetteville Police Department, the Jeep overturned during the crash. The watch commander said the driver’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The watch commander did not have the name of the driver or details on the other two vehicles involved available, but he said the drivers and passengers of the other vehicles were not believed to have suffered serious injuries.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Raeford Road near the intersection with Revere Street.
The accident remains under investigation.
