Three people required hospital transport for the personal injuries they suffered in a collision between their car and a pickup truck at Hope Mills and George Owen roads in Fayetteville on June 23.

According to Lt. Joel Acciardo of the Hope Mills Police Department, Charles Wagner was eastbound in a Ford truck on George Own when a blue 1998 Ford car driven by 22-year-old Benjamin Harrell III pulled out in front of him at the intersection with Hope Mills at approximately 11 a.m.

Harrell and both of his passengers, 17-year-old Steven McCarty and 16-year-old Corwin Clark required transport to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to Acciardo.
