On December 13, a man from Raleigh was arrested after police say he intentionally struck and caused serious personal injuries to another man with his vehicle.
Police charged 44-year-old Earl Wesley Blake Jr. with felony hit and run and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, according to arrest warrants filed in the Wake County Magistrate’s Office.
Blake allegedly struck Travaris Brown with a vehicle on December 10 before fleeing the scene.
