A $5 million personal injury suit has been filed against actress/singer Jennifer Lopez after a flight attendant claims Lopez’s German shepherd attacked her.
Federal court documents say that Lopez and “Floyd,” the dog, were traveling to Los Angeles, California on a private gulfstream jet hired out of Republic Airport in Farmingdale, New York when the dog allegedly nipped at the leg of Lisa Wilson, the flight attendant.
According to the claims of Wilson’s attorney, as Wilson was walking past, the guard dog lunged at her, attacked her, and bit her pant leg. The suit claims Wilson twisted and fell, causing her to sustain personal injuries to her lower back that have prevented her from returning to work.
Wilson’s attorney claims that they have made attempts to settle the case, which Lopez ignored.
