Raleigh, NC (July 14, 2026) – A driver suffered a leg injury after making contact with a truck near the 7800 block of Mitchell Mill Road on Sunday afternoon, July 12. The crash was reported around 2:04 p.m.

Emergency units were asked to evaluate the driver, who appeared to have a bleeding leg injury. Fire crews were later advised that their assistance was not needed.

Officials have not identified the driver, described the truck involved, explained how the contact occurred, or confirmed whether the injured person was taken to a hospital.
