A driver involved in a March accident on Bragg Boulevard in Fayetteville involving fatal personal injuries has been charged by police.
According to Dan Grubb, a Fayetteville police spokesman, 44-year-old Fayetteville resident Marie Harris has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
Sgt. Eric Dow said the fatal crash took place around 3 p.m. on March 19. Harris was turning left onto Glenville Drive from Bragg Boulevard when a motorcycle struck the side of her car.
The operator of the motorcycle, 29-year-old Fayetteville resident Comillia Hatch was killed in the accident, according to Dow.
