On June 18, an 8-year-old boy in Canton, Ohio suffered personal injuries after being attacked by a pit bull dog.
According to Lt. Greg Boudreaux, the child required transport to Aultman Hospital after he was bitten at approximately 4 p.m. on the date of the incident. At the time, the dog was visiting the home of her aunt, who owned the dog.
According to Stark County, Ohio Warden’s Office Deputy Neil Denzer, the dog’s owner agreed to quarantine the dog at her home for a 10 day period.
The boy’s condition was not immediately made available.
