How do you file a complaint with the North Carolina Department of Labor?

If you're worried about your work conditions or the safety of a loved one's workplace, you can file a complaint with the NC Occupational Safety and Health Division. OSH allows complaints filed online. Federal complaints about workplace safety can also be submitted online.
