Woman Killed When SUV Overturns And Collides With House

According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, a Robeson County woman died of the personal injuries she suffered after her car ran off Mount Zion Church Road near Red Springs, overturned, and collided with a house on September 5.

According to the NCHP, 22-year-old Natasha Renee Bullard was eastbound in a 2008 Toyota sport utility vehicle when she ran off the road to the right. The SUV then struck a tree and a driveway and overturned several times.

Bullard was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle, which continued flipping over before running into the residence of Troy Bullard.

The NCHP did not know if Natasha Bullard, who died at the scene, and Troy Bullard were related.

At the time of the crash, Bullard was reported to have been traveling at a rate of 65 mph in a 55 mph zone.

No one inside the home was injured, but damages to the house were estimated to be worth $20,000.
