Woman Claims Injuries After Ejection From Golf Cart

Lindsay Bourn has filed a personal injury suit claiming that she sustained injuries after being ejected from a golf cart at a social gathering last year.

According to the suit Bourn filed on February 20 in Illinois’ St. Clair County Circuit Court, she was riding on a golf court the owners of the Belleville, Illinois property where the gathering was when she was ejected.

Bourn claims the accident caused her to experience pain, suffering, disability, disfigurement, medical costs, a loss of income, a loss of normal life, and increased risk of future injury.

The suit alleges negligence on the part of Timothy and Mathew Hagerty, the property’s owners, for failure to warn the driver of a mound on the premises, failure to properly inspect the premises, and allowing a participant of the gathering to drive a golf cart.
