Teenager Allows Dog To Bite Younger Boy In An Attempt To Steal His Bike

According to police in Buffalo, New York, a 13-year-old boy sustained personal injuries after a teenager ordered him to give him his bike and, upon refusal, allowed his dog to bite the boy.

The boy was transported to Women and Children’s Hospital for bruising and swelling which he suffered as a result of the dog biting his lower right leg.

According to police, the dog was taken by an Animal Control officer because it was unlicensed. However, it was unclear whether or not the older teen had been charged with assault or issued with any city ordinances as a result of the incident.

According to police, on July at approximately 10 p.m., the boy was confronted by an unknown male described as being 16- to 17-years-old who demanded that the boy give him his bike.

Upon the boy’s refusal, the teen released the dog and allowed it to attack the boy. According to police, the teenager then threatened the boy and his mother with retribution because of his dog being taken away.
