Teenage Driver Plows Through Scene of Accident
A teenager, whose name was not released, plowed through the scene of a prior traffic accident early on Sunday.
The teen did not stop for emergency lights nor road flares at a wreck on Creekridge and Randleman roads in Greensboro.
As a result of the teen's careless driving, firefighters J. N. Harvey and L. D. Boone were both struck.
The vehicle hit another vehicle, with the driver continuing on. Greensboro police officers were able to stop her shortly after.
Both fireman were treated at Moses Cone Hospital.
The teen was being tested for impairing substances. Charges are pending.
