Robeson County Accident Injures Two
Tuesday morning a vehicle ran off the road on N.C. 41, hitting a ditch and overturning several times injuring a father and son.
Their names were not released, according to Sgt. S. J. Greene.
The Chevrolet was traveling north when the driver attempted to pass several vehicles and lost control. Excessive speed was a factor in the accident.
The man and his son were airlifted to Duke Medical Center.
According to a report, the driver is being charged with exceeding a safe speed and careless and reckless driving.
