Raleigh Motorcyclist Killed In Morrisville Collision

A man from Raleigh suffered fatal personal injuries on February 26 in a collision between the motorcycle he was riding and a Ford Explorer in Morrisville, according to town officials.

 

The name of the victim was not immediately made available by police, but a press release indicated that he was 22-years-old.

 

According to town spokeswoman Stacie Galloway, the crash took place on the Morrisville Parkway. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

The driver of the Explorer, a 55-year-old man, was uninjured.

 

The accident remains under investigation.
