Raleigh Grandmother Killed In Fayetteville Crash
A Raleigh grandmother suffered fatal personal injuries on September 18 after the car she was traveling in ran off the road and landed in a creek near Raleigh.
According to authorities, the vehicle ran off Fayetteville Road and landed in Swift Creek around 4 p.m.
Two grandmothers and a 10-year-old child were inside the vehicle, according to troopers. They say one of the grandmothers was pronounced dead. The others received transport to WakeMed in Raleigh. Their conditions have not immediately been made available.
Further details, including the victims’ identities, have not yet been released.
