Raleigh Girl Killed After Being Struck In Driveway By Dad's SUV
An 18-month old who suffered personal injuries after being struck by an SUV driven by her father in her driveway on November 12 has died.
On November 13, Chyler Nicole Huebner was pronounced dead at WakeMed, where she was taken after the accident in which she was struck in the driveway of the family’s home on Lassiter Mill Road in Raleigh.
Police said that John Bradley Huebner was backing his Land Rover up to connect it to a trailer in the driveway when the vehicle hit the young girl.
According to a police report, it is uncertain whether the toddler was standing still or moving at the time of the accident.
The accident occurred shortly before 6 p.m.
