A man died of the personal injuries he suffered on the night of November 17 after being struck by a vehicle on Walnut Drive, Fayetteville police said.
Police said 46-year-old Fayetteville resident Harvey Adcox was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision, which took place around 9 p.m.
According to a preliminary investigation, Adcox was in the road and the driver, whose identity was not immediately made available, was not at fault.
