North Raleigh Crash Kills One, Injures Two
A man who suffered fatal personal injuries in a one-car collision on Louisburg Road in North Raleigh on the night of October 16 has been identified by Raleigh police as 22-year-old Louis Canino.
Canino was the driver of a northbound vehicle on U.S. 401 near Interstate 540 when the car ran off the road to the road and collided with support beams for a road sign. Canino died in the crash.
Two women, both in their 20’s, were passengers in the vehicle. Both were injured in the accident. The other remained in WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh in critical condition and the other was listed in serious condition as of October 17. Their identities were not immediately made available.
