North Carolina Man Dies Of Brain Injury After ATV Accident In Clover

A North Carolina man was killed in an all-terrain vehicle rollover accident earlier this month on Highway 321 in Clover, according to police.

The Herald Online reports that the man, 23-year-old Dean Frasure of Station was visiting Adams Body Shop near the Clover Motel on Wednesday evening when he took off down the highway on an ATV owed by body shop employee Dustin Adams. Adams told police that he had tried to stop Frasure from riding on the highway, but he wasn’t sure that he was heard. Frasure was allegedly going at a high rate of speed on the highway when he lost control of the off-road vehicle and it flipped several times. The man was thrown an estimated one hundred feet from the four-wheeler.

Frasure was rushed by medical helicopter Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte with a traumatic brain injury, but he soon died of his ATV accident injuries.
