Raleigh high school student Garrett Prince, 16, was charged with felony death by motor vehicle, provisional DWI, having an open container of spirituous alcohol, speeding, possession of marijuana and driving while impaired after he crashed his Jeep into a tree, fatally killing his passenger, Elizabeth Molloy, 17.
