A man seeks personal injury damages exceeding $200,000 from a bar he says served alcohol to the two men who allegedly broke his nose and damaged his left knee and right ankle during a brawl at said bar.
According to the suit Randy D. Hosford filed against Fast Eddie’s Bon-Air and Regal Beagle on May 1 in Illinois’ Madison County Circuit Court, he was a patron at the bar on May 2, 2008, when he was attacked by Dustin Feezel and Dustin E. Hemker.
The suit claims the men struck Hosford in the face and kicked him in the left knee and shoulder and right ankle area.
Hosford claims the attack took place because Feezel and Hemker were intoxicated on alcoholic beverages they had been served by Fast Eddie’s and Regal Beagle.
Hosford claims that in addition to his injuries, the incident caused him to incur medical costs and experience disability, physical pain, suffering, and emotional pain, and lost wages.
Hosford seeks damages exceeding $200,000, plus costs, from the two-count suit.
