Greensboro Pedestrian Killed In Collision

Police in Greensboro are investigating an automobile accident in which a pedestrian suffered fatal personal injuries shortly after 12:30 a.m. on January 29.

 

Investigators said the accident occurred around the High Point Road exit on Interstate 40 East.

 

The identity of the pedestrian was not immediately made available, but it was confirmed that he was male. They said he died after walking in front of a vehicle driven by Whitsett resident Joseph Moser.

 

Police said Moser could not stop in time to avoid the collision.

 

The accident remains under investigation.
