Police say that a pit bull belonging to former Penn State football player, Chris Baker, bit a young girl.

Police gave Baker a ticket on July 15 for harboring a dangerous dog.

In the ticket, police say that the dog bit a seven year old girl in State College. The ticket also says that the girl had bite marks on her neck, back and chest.

The girl did not need medical treatment when the ticket was written.

Earlier this week, Baker, along with teammate, Phil Taylor, were kicked off the Penn State football team.

Still no official reason has been given on why the two players were dismissed from the team.
