Four Young Men Die In Wake County Rollover Accident
Early on Thursday morning, four young men were killed in a North Carolina car accident in Wake County near Garner.According to the North Carolina Highway Patrol, the four men were writing in a Chevy Trailblazer when they crossed the centerline, ran off the road, hit several trees, and flipped into a ditch. The fatal NC car crash took place near the intersection of Rock Service Station Road and Panther Hill Lane.
None of the young men were wearing seatbelt and all four of the men were ejected from the vehicle during the car accident. None of the men were carrying identification, though police have been able to identify three of the men using fingerprint technology: 18-year-old Evan Bridges of Garner, 22-year-old Tony Smith of Raleigh, and Detrique Baker of Raleigh.
Investigators are still examining and clearing the scene, though it is not clear why the car crashed. Speed may have been a factor.
