Fayetteville Man Dead In Moped Crash

On the morning of March 8, a 29-year-old man from Fayetteville suffered fatal personal injuries when the moped he was operating crashed on Bragg Boulevard.

 

Police said Timothy Eugene Pursell was southbound on Bragg Boulevard shortly after midnight when his moped ran off the road to the right and struck a utility pole and a parked car.

 

Pursell was pronounced dead at the scene. No further information about the accident was immediately made available.
