Father And Two Children Killed In Two-Vehicle Crash
A father and his two children suffered fatal personal injuries in a two-vehicle crash on November 11 near Myrtle Beach on South Carolina’s Grand Strand.
According to reports from multiple media outlets, the accident took place late in the day on U.S. 17 Bypass when a pickup truck collided with the car the family was traveling in.
The victims were identified by Horry County Deputy Coroner Tony Hendrick as 26-year-old Surfside Beach, S.C. resident Mark Sermon Jr., his 9-year-old daughter Dajah Sermon, and his 6-year-old son Mark Sermon III.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured in the crash. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
