Fatal Wreck In Lincoln County
Two young men were killed I an accident occurring around 10:15 p.m. The Accident occurred on Saint James Church Road at the intersection of Fieldcrest Lane.
Brandon Cody Zinn, 20, of Denver and Timothy ShaneWilkes, Jr., 16, also of Denver were killed in the accident. It was unknown who was driving the vehicle.
According to the report, the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree.
One person in the vehicle was airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
The impact caused the vehicle to break into three pieces.
