Drivers Identified In Three-Vehicle Fayetteville Crash
The drivers involved in a three-vehicle crash on December 3 at Rosehill Road and Country Club Drive in Fayetteville in which personal injuries were involved have been identified.
Fayetteville police say that the driver found to have been found at fault for the approximately 10:30 a.m. crash, 51-year-old Fayetteville resident Adda Ferguson Harris, was listed in stable condition at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill as of December 4.
Police said Harris was northbound on Rosehill Road in a Pontiac Grand Am when she ran a red light and collided with a black GMC pickup driven by 53-year-old Linden resident James Albert Simmons.
Both vehicles then struck a Ford sedan driven by Fayetteville resident Jammie Yarnell Elliott.
Elliott and Simmons received transport to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with injuries police say were not life-threatening.
