Cuilford County Accident Claims Two Lives and Injures a Child

Greensboro, N.C. — An accident in Guliford countyclaimed the lives of a

Joseph Parker Beeson, 35, of Thomasville, was driving west on East Forks Road around 4 p.m. when he rounded a curve  and lost control of his car. Beeson crossed the center line and struck an oncoming vehicle.

Beeson, along with a passenger, Kimberly Dawn Stanford, 38, of Trinity, were pronounced dead upon arrival.

Stanford's daughter, Leann, 6-years-old was transported to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Robert Orman, the driver of the oncoming car, was treated for injuries at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
