According to Trooper Greg Ingram of the North Carolina Highway Patrol, 20-year-old Amanda Sperluti was charged after the February 13 crash. She received treatment at
Ingram said the NCHP believes speed an alcohol to have been factors in the crash. The vehicle Sperluti was driving ran off the road and collided with a tree.
