Blue Ridge Parkway Worker Dies On-the-Job

A fatal lawnmower accident on a Blue Ridge Parkway overlook took the life of Dana Bruce of Alexander, NC. Bruce, 63, was mowing near the edge of the Haw Creek Overlook when he tried to turn around a trash bin, but instead fell a few hundred feet on large rocks, according to local news reports.
