Authorities Identify Man Killed In Raleigh Fire

Authorities have identified the man who suffered fatal personal injuries in a house fire caused by a gas tank explosion in Raleigh as 36-year-old Miguel Angel-Montez Moreno, who resided at the home.

 

According to a statement from officials on September 15, when the incident occurred, the fire was the result of a gas explosion.

 

A woman and two children who were also residents of the house were found safe.

 

According to Raleigh Fire Capt. Tim Drake, the fire started shortly before 3 p.m. near a large crawl space where there was a workshop.
