Adults and Children Injured in Accident
Adults and Children Injured in Accident
Three adults and two children were injured in an accident at the intersection of Hope Mills and George Owens Roads on Wednesday afternoon.
Tammy Moore, 35, of Fayetteville, driving a Chevrolet Cobalt was making a left turn from Hope Mills Road onto George Owen Road. The Cobalt was hit broadside by a Jeep Cherokee, driven by Regina Shaw, of Fayetteville.
Moore had to be cut from her vehicle. She had a 4 year-old passenger with her.
The Jeep was turned on its side from the impact.
Shaw had a 3-year-old female passenger and a 59 year-old male passenger with her.
All of the injured were transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The accident is still being investigated.
